This website is hosted entirelly on AWS environment, and uses

AWS S3
Route 53
CloudFornt

Simply speaking:

You have requested this site's address on your browser,
AWS Route 53 has resolved the DNS and directed your request to
CloudFront that has retrived this page from an S3 bucket and
sent it to you, it also has chached it in an Edge Location close to you
so you can retrieve it quickly should you want to access it again later.
The S3 bucket has been made publicly accessible by using a bucket policy.
